An afternoon and evening trip up the Tweed from the sailing club at Spittal, to Chain Bridge, then return, with night falling on the way back.
Photos from two successive days, Friday 21st and Sat 22nd November. Friday was cold (about 1 degree), even with everyone very thoroughly dressed in thermals and drysuits, gloves and pogies on paddles, there were cold fingers and cold feet. But still an enjoyable trip with the light changing from day to night on the return.
